How to use the eActivity Vitiligo
To assess current disease activity, the eActivity Vitiligo tool records the presence or absence of the following activity features:
- Confetti lesions: small, scattered, depigmented spots that indicate active depigmentation and progressive disease.
- Köbner phenomenon: the appearance of new depigmented patches at sites of injury or trauma indicates active disease.
- Hypochromic or blurred patches: patches with blurred borders or reduced pigmentation may indicate current activity.
Recognizing these characteristics supports the clinical assessment of vitiligo activity and enables targeted therapy planning.
